Elsie also gave the same information on her mother's death record and it is also on Catherine's burial marker. Cemetery records give 16 Apr 1854 which may be a transcription error. This does not agree with the Schulthess document, nor with the immigration record, both indicating her birthyear to be 1852. Note (7) Interred in the Township Section. Note (8) Malchoir Landolt, 26, and his wife Catherine, 19, arrive in New York 8 May 1871 aboard the SS Silesia out of Hamburg. Note (9) Date of birth per death certificate.
